Alex Little, owner & head chef, has always believed that great food starts with simple, yet great ingredients (and sometimes a great cocktail). That's why he carefully selects fresh local greens, premium proteins, and unique liquors, all paired with his signature house-made sauces and made-from-scratch soups.
